Margareta Jensen Dickson joined Stena Line in The beginning of 2015 as Group Head of People. She heads up the Groups People department where her team provides HR support and development for 7,300 people in 10 European countries. She also drives digital transformation within HR, as well as aligning the company in the One HR strategy.
Before Stena Line, Margareta held HR roles in key Scandinavian organisations: the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre/Gothia Towers Hotel, Swedavia Airports and the retail chain NetonNet.
Margareta has a passion for simplifying HR delivery, and making diversity and inclusion happen.
Outside work Margareta loves spending time with her family in Sweden and the UK.
