EU Shipping’s Global Competitiveness & Statistical Updates on European Shipping

European Shipping Week opens with an update of its major statistical study on the European shipping industry done by Oxford Economics.

Panellists, each from their respective shipping segments, will reflect on the business environment in the EU, opportunities to serve the EU’s policy agenda, such as the energy transition and trade connectivity, as well as challenges faced, such as third country policies, access to finance, skilled workforce, etc. The European Commission, DG Competition, will conclude with its views on the EU’s competitiveness agenda.

Join us to learn about the latest trends and how the industry is performing in the broader context of Europe’s economic, environmental and social ambitions.
